For the past 3 weeks, I had doctors appointments and all in Montreal, Canada. I had a great time reflecting about my life, what I want next and also about refocusing on what is really important for me, and NOT what have been asked OF me.
I started going back to my first love, which is dancing. Dancing has been a part of my life for as long as I was able to walk. After my surgery I was focusing on just training which is still very hard on me. I still don`t know why I stopped dancing (biggest mistake to stop doing something that you love). I went to take some classes on Mont-Royal for the time I was here, and I had the greatest time. It is natural exercices, its fun and it is dancing!!
Here I am after my last class. Fibroids or not, I will continue to do me!! 🙂

I was going through my mail and fell into this video someone sent me about MISS REPRESENTATION. I will not talk long about it because it can be debated into so many different subtopics, but the video itself is talking about women and the power of media.
Still today women should have the power of knowledge instead of the power to “show it all”
Like Beyonce would Sing : “Who Run the World? (GIRLS)”… Really??
Sometimes Watching Shows like BASKETBALL WIVES & JERSEY SHORE… I really wonder, is it the type of Power women are striving for Now?
The show passed on OWN since September 2011 but the subject is still very much up to date.
I feel very much sad when I see theses things. But on another note, there are the women who are really making a difference, they just need to be much more mentioned.

This music section is dedicated to a friend of mine I’ve lost so long ago, but is still close to me. It is weird, as I wrote the song, I felt his presence and started crying. He was my best friend and he unfortunately left his family, his friends, his entourage too quickly. I’m sure a lot of you can relate to it, you miss someone and as you get older you sometimes think what would they think about you if they could still see you.
I will post a master version very soon
