Tea to Shrink the Fibroids

I was talking with my one of my cousin the other day and she also had fibroids, and like most of us, she is doing the best to keep things as natural as possible for the Fibroids to stay shrunk or to avoid for them to come back.

I was telling her about me taking green tea and she recommended that I take Dandelion Root, after she got the recommendations from her doctor. And she explains that it help to urinate more & less menstrual pain. I was sold to that. I went to the Herb Shoppe downtown Brooklyn, the woman over there was so nice. She not only recommend to take the Dandelion Root, instead of just the Dandelion Herbs, she also print out a list of food to eat and what to avoid when you have Fibroids.

The same night, I follow the recipe. It taste good I was surprised, the first week I did pee a lot. I was feeling lighter as well. Maybe it is also good to loose weight, if I can have both in one that would be perfect (I later found out it has laxative effect).

I will continue drinking this tea 3 times a week until I see my doctor next month. I believe you can drink it every day but that’s how I choose to drink it at the moment. Hopefully, by my next appointment they would have shrunk to a invisible size.

So far I do notice that I have lost weight. My stomach has lost some fat a little but it is still not flat like I want it yet. Hopefully soon. I stay positive.

I have made a video tutorial on how to make the Dandelion Root Tea on my Youtube channel. I am thankful for everyday, my Journey has changed a lot since 2009 when I first had my fibroids, but I am greateful for everything.

DANCING AGAIN!!!

For the past 3 weeks, I had doctors appointments and all in Montreal, Canada. I had a great time reflecting about my life, what I want next and also about refocusing on what is really important for me, and NOT what have been asked OF me.
 
I started going back to my first love, which is dancing. Dancing has been a part of my life for as long as I was able to walk. After my surgery I was focusing on just training which is still very hard on me. I still don`t know why I stopped dancing (biggest mistake to stop doing something that you love). I went to take some classes on Mont-Royal for the time I was here, and I had the greatest time. It is natural exercices, its fun and it is dancing!!
 
Here I am after my last class. Fibroids or not, I will continue to do me!! 🙂

Hope you all had a great summer. After my last appointment with my OBGYN, I decided NOT to let stress take over me and take it easy with my life…

Here under I talk more about me and what I am doing right nwo, I usually write all of my opinions, but I felt to talk on camera for one of the few times… Hope it will inspire some or put a smile on someone’s face!!! 🙂

Fibroids & Anemia…. Because of Stress??

Hello all,

So I have been trying to lose weight recently. I am just not in shape like I would like to. Some people when they see me think I look good, but I know personally I just don’t feel quite right. I have been trying to research around Youtube about weight loss, Fibroids and Anemia and basically I fell into a few videos, but this one in particular caught my attention.

By the way I DO NOT OWN THE RIGHTS OF THE VIDEOS, I AM SHARING WITH YOU WHAT FITS INTO MY “UNIVERSE”

And this video is stating that Watermelon is actually full of Iron (which I didn’t even know)

That last video really REALLY opened my eyes. Tomorrow I will go to the food stand and get a full watermelon, also I will drink green tea in the morning,, drink a bottle of water a day and no fry food at all, and, I will exercise intensively for 30 minutes 3 times a day. I will do that experiment for about a month. I had stopped drinking alcohol since last december so that is good.

We will see if there is any improvement. I will show you before and after pictures to show. As for the fibroids, the first video really made sense to me. And I did let a lot of stress get to me, maybe that is why the fibroids came back, and my anemia is still present.

Stress is a number 1 “mental” killer, imagine if you had no stress, happiness everyday, I am pretty sure it could help out getting through certain sicknesses as cancers and other things.

This last video I have found and I really like is about stress management. It starts with a smile. Even when people are unhappy, don’t let it affect you. Smile and if you are spiritual like me, thank the Lord because you are able to breathe, or walk, or sing, or dance, or whatever makes you happy. As an exercise, we should all take 30 minutes and close our eyes, no sleeping, just close your eyes and think about what makes you happy, there must be at least ONE thing that made your day today. If it was staying in bed all day, then good, if it was buying groceries, then great!!

I will give other development in about a month from now to show you the result.
